Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase whenever possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Not Stained Glass as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you. We take pride in our handcrafted work and carefully prepare each order for its journey to you.
