Return & Refund Policy

At Not Stained Glass, each piece is created and finished with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

For non-custom artwork, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Because custom and personalized pieces are created specifically for you, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.
